Gun ownership, wrong button! |

I agree that they can be dangerous to the owner. They are a responsibility just like a car. If you treat them like something that is dangerous and to be respected they are safe just like many things. As far as self protection goes I think that the argument can go both ways. Sometimes the criminal is shot, other times it's a family member. I think that everyone should own a rifle. This is in general, not just in the US. You look at the world and what people keep doing to each other over and over. The bottom line is that you need to be armed.
