hello I noticed there is a number of Dawn of War players here, so I was thinking that we might get together for a match sometimes or even better form an RPG dot clan,
thoughts comments anyone? _________________ "We're still flying"

I hear ya, but sorry Im just too involved with some very involving and time-consuming games atm such as Oblivion and Disciples II. The immediate RTS horizon holds Battle for Middle Earth, since I feel like such an idiot for buying it for 50 bucks, just to have it sitting there collecting dust.
I dont have the Winter Assault expansion pack, and am also pissed off a bit at the absolutely ridiculous amount of tweaking the civs have undergone in the game, in response to the whining and caterwauling of "teh communitee" because of this or that strat that they are being flogged with at the time.
I like to play a game as it is originally designed, and Dawn of War has been tweaked to the point that some abilities have been trashed, even taken completely out of the game, such as the Eldar's Bonesong ability. It's ridiculous the amount of nerfing that has gone on, Ive never seen an RTS game mangled so badly by patches. I will not patch the game past 1.2, I suppose I'll have no choice when I get Winter Assault, but I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.
An RPG geek clan would be awesome tho, I have some great ideas for banners I havent used yet _________________ “Then away out in the woods I heard that kind of a sound that a ghost makes when it wants to tell about something that's on its mind and can't make itself understood, and so can't rest easy in its grave, and has to go about that way every night grieving.”-Mark Twain |

well so far you are the only one mildy intersted, which is kind of sad for me, I do agree about what you said on the game, because in winter assault they radically change the balance again, so that the imperial guard might be effective against the likes of the traitor marines... _________________ "We're still flying"
