I finished the recharging of the amulet of innos and the went into the valley of mines to trigger chapter 4. When I returned for supplies and runes, Parlan doesn't have a topic to train circle 4 which I thought came at the end of chapter 3 after recharging.
Did I screw up by not training before going into the valley or is there something else? TIA |

I think pyrokar teaches you the fourth circle after you become a high mage.

I am a high mage, that's why I'm not sure what the problem is. |
