Allright. Can I find somewhere online a full list of monsters, with what they're supposed to "give" (pelts, mandibles, etc.) and what hunting skills each item requires?
Hrm. Guess that's a bit much to ask.
Can anyone give me some advice on hunting skills? Which do you think the most useful? So far, I only know "skinning", and I have no clue what skill to pick next.
See, I don't want to run out on any major gold. Like, a Black Troll... Does that give anything else than a hide?

Trolls only give hides, but you can sell the black trolls hide for a good price, don't want to name him..
But there a many hunting skills..like
Claws
Shadowbeast horns
Dragon Snapper horns
Minecrawler plates
Bloodfly's Stinger
Remove tounge
Dragon scales
Dragon blood
and the list keep going...
Some thropies there a some special merchants you can sell them to for a good price, the other will give you much money if you collect many of them
And if you're a mage some of them can be used to make runes
Also, as you might now...bosper will give you money for the hides for sheep, wolf, shadowbeast, warg and more...but not lurker's skin for some wierd reason...
I normally don't use lp's on hunting skills...but it will give you much money  |

uhm...don't remember, but I think that Gaan and the 'hungry hunter' near onar's farm can teach you it |

don't know his name anymore, but he is at the beginning of the mercenary camp. (at the house were the 2 merc are, the road leads to the merc camp.)

yes he can, when you didn't learned that skill before and he saks you to bring them to him, you say that you don't know the skill, and he can teach you.

Okay, cool. Remove Teeth is on my list of skills to get.
Now, Buster doesn't give me the "Shadowbeast Horn" thing, and I don't recall the Hungry Hunter giving me that learning option either.
Do you have to be in a certain chapter to be able to learn it, cause I'm still in C1?

save your learning points you have better things to do with them at C1 and you dont need to know every hunting skill with few of them you'll make lots of money |

Buster gices you the Shadowbeast Horn in chapter 3 only if you are a Mercenary, so fuggedaboudit. Go to Gaan (he works for Sekob and you can find him not far from the Pass to the Valley of Mines guarded by the Paladins). If he can't help you, go to Grimbald, the hunter next to the Black Troll which you can see at the top of Land Map of Khorinis. |

teeth- useless
claws- useless expcet one quest!
wings- useless
stinger- useless
mandiblides- (minecrawler and field raider) useless
skins the only one worth learning for money at bosper shop
mine crawler- plates only if u want the armor which in ch2 u should have an eqvilent armor already
dragon snapper- horns useless
shadow beast- horn worth it if u r a merc
tounge of fire (fire lizards) - pretty useless but cool.
heart - needed for the chargin of the EOI
blood and scales(dragon) both could be sold and sould be worthwhile.
by useless I mean it's just for money and skins should be enough for that there r much more important things the waste lp in the early stage of the game |

the dragon scales and blood are not useless! they can be used to make the best sword in the game and a heavy dragon hunter Armour (aldsow a medium Dragon hunter armour)
you can use some of the "Useless" thing to creat runes... |

fair enough
as a mage i would'nt waste my lp on hunting skills but on mana circles and runes u can find all the things to create runes in the game
only as a merc blood and scales r used for armor and sword
plus I didn't say they were useless  |
