I think the Paladins, because they have the great advantage to use paladin-runes.

No doubt, the Paladins.

As long as the Dragon Hunters keep dishonorables like Toroloff in their ranks, they will never receive the grace and glory of Innos.

How dare he suggest I open those castle gates and let the Orcs in???

HMMMMM

I finished playing as a Merc and now..I am halfway playing as a paladin.

My favourite is still my mercenary hero. The prejudice and unfriendliness that he have to face make me like him even more.

But that aside.....
Without any bias. I find the paladins to be more honourable.
Even with grudges..they still welcome the dragon hunters into the castle and even Garond side with the mercs and allowing Jan to run the smithy.
Hagen & Garond trusted the hero.

There are less honour in the merc I think. With the exception of his few old friends like Wolf, Cipher, and later, Rod, there are very little camaraderie among them.

Feros & Jan are nice, but they are a different story LOL. And Feros is from the southern land.

I like Thorlof too. But his final request makes him one big klootzak.

I like paladins the most. I feel like they are the good guys. And I like theyr armor, it makes me feel mighty . There is just onr thing missin-a horse ! Can you imagine-a mighty paladin with full gear on a mighty horse, fully armored rushing trough the landscape. That would be great !
