Crashing bug...

I havent played morrowind for about 3 weeks now...I love the game, the problem is that every time i would try and load up my game, as soon as it was done loading exterior on the saved game, *plop* i'd be back on my desktop. So...yeah, anybody know whats up with that? I have all the updated drivers and everything, so i dont know whats going on.

This may be a long shot, but try backing up your save files and re-installing. One of the game files might have become corrupt.

Another long shot

I had the same problem, it happened that my settings in the D3D tab of my graphics settings had been altered. I have a Radeon All-in-Wonder 7200 chipset and turning anti-aliasing to 'always on' makes the game crash at the same point yours was crashing. I changed anti-aliasing to 'application preference' and the settings from 4x to 2x. I could then load my game, but I still crash all over the place. What a drag. Hope this helps.
