The one game that truly meets your requirements is Temple of Elemental Evil. Though you may find the story somewhat bland, it is a DnD based dungeon crawl done by the team that did Fallout. With turn-based combat.
PS - Use a patch, the Circle of Eight mod at the very least before trying it though. |

If you liked Baldur's Gate 2, then you might want to try the first game and the expansion packs. Also, Icewind Dale 1 and 2, as well as Planescape: Torment are good games that were made with the same engine. _________________ Freeeeeeedom! Thank heavens it's summer!

wow, it is a good game... except that it crushes every five minutes or so. Took me two hours to go through the tutorial. I guess I need new memory |

Whilst awaiting Gothic III- what would you think is a worthy game to waste my time on?
Thanks in advance!
Arx Fatalis is what got me to try the Gothic games. Enjoyed it immensely even though it proved quite frustrating at times. |
