Hakon's bandits?

Okay. I killed two "loafers" off the path of the lighthouse path that can be found by turning left from Mika. I killed all the bandits including Dexter near the mine near the land owner's farm. Where are Hakon's bandits? I still am not getting the conversation option to finish the quest. Some one please tell me where Hakon's bandits are?

Go from Akil�s farm on the path to the lighthouse. There is a cave on the left side of the path. There are Hakon�s bandits.

Here is a german map - but you should see where they are.

Go in the direction of akil's farm and just after you go up the steps, instead of going right to Akil's farm go left into the wilderness. At one of the turns you should be able to see a cave with some bandits in it.
There should be a fish in there too, you can open it to find a note and then you can go to Hakon for special fish.
