I spoke to Rattus, went and robbed the bank and went through all of Trynton except a couple doors I can't get through yet, but I can't find him in the Trynnie's tree or in the surrounding area..Anyone know where he is???

Weird...I wonder if that's a bug or something. He said to meet up with him and split the profits, not that I wanted to split 'em, but I thought maybe I could ally with the rats that way or something...hmm

I think he was just playing a joke on you and didn't expect you to survive the robbery.

No, it's no bug. You're not ever meant to meet up with Rattus again. Kind of stinks, if you ask me, because they should have at least let you get some experience out of it.. make it like any other 'quest' you finish...

Yeah it does kind of stink. Besides that, you can't even get into Trynton without agreeing to help them kill the rats. I guess you could kill the chief and just bust in, but I would have liked to have a choice between which of those factions I wanted to join, and maybe find rattus up there, and join their assassin/thieves guild.....besides, if he was playing a joke, that was nice of him to give me a free zip gun and musket balls.

Actually You don't have to kill all the rats to help the Trynnies only the BIG rat-breeders. Some other rats will get hostile after that, but the Rat king and his right hand won't get hostile.

If you do not kill his guard. I killed that guard, because he asked me about something I really did not know .

I tried probably 20 answers. Without succes. I wasnt able even imagine, what he wants to hear - so I killed him. This was not good solution because then that king. Oh, he was strong and I was not able to do him even little damage.
But I returned later and I killed him without trable and took that important artifact he had.

His dodge skills are very high for melee fighting, so use magic and ranged attacks, or just buy the "thing" from him, if you haven't killed his right hand rat "Calzone".

unfortunately, he wants a LOT of money for that "thing"...

I've had to kill him ...as have many people.. but now I realize that if you are planning on killing him, you should kill his little stooge first, in the doorway..that way you only have to face one of them at a time!

I don't think you will miss much of the story in killing the "rat-chief". He don't seem to have any quests for you, his selection of goods are very limited, and he offers no alliances.

Yeah I saw what thing he had and decided to attack him. My characters are about lvl 12..I couldn't even hit him..I'm going to come back later and teach him a well deserved lesson because I don't think he deserves his money.
