Final Fantasy 11: Review @ GameNow

GameNow has posted a short review of 'Final Fantasy XI', the first online-only RPG in the franchise. Rating: B+ .
But enough about the bad, friends. Final Fantasy XI is, without a doubt, the most beautiful MMORPG currently available. Its environments are second to none, and the character models are elegant and, frankly, a pleasure to behold. The world also feels more alive than any other—NPCs will say amusing things, and there is an epic, engrossing story to play through.

I'm told it's mostly just a lot of talking in the game.

Wait a month for Horizons.

I've got the game ... it's not worth it. IMO the camera system is horrible, the meny system is clunky, the drops are non existent at low levels, and generally it's unimpressive. The only thing I like is it has the FF feel to it. I've always liked FF games but this one didn't hit my mark.
