| Maybe PB should think about some more Hand-To-Hand features? |

Maybe we can equip special "gauntlets" or "gloves" persay that can act like weapons and can boost our hand-to-hand abilities. This could be something pretty cool, and your gauntlets could be enchanted with a whole bunch of stuff, like elements and special spells.

I don't know if Gothic II has hand-to-hand combat but the armor will be one-piece so there are probebly no gauntlets or gloves.  |

I liked the idea in morrowind of being able to piece together your own armor from different bits ( i made some cool looking armor!) hand to hand features would be cool, i could just imagine me kicking the rubbish out of king Rhobar with kung fu mad skillz!!!  |

It would be a little bit more realistic though (rather then slashing them loads but not killing them) knocking them on the floor with your fists rather then the sword.

think about how funny and useless punching a shadowbeast would be ... id be suprised if they didnt make an animation of it laughing at you after an few minutes of punching it... ha ... sorry just kiddin ...

Well think of it this way.
You don the Gauntlets of Dragon Flame as the Shadowbeast rears its head towards you. Instantly the gauntlets flare up and as you take a fighting stance, the shadowbeast charges at you. The first punch connects directly, sending flames everywhere onto the animal and the second punch is followed by a swift kick. Finally as more blows ensue, the beast is engulfed in flame and dies.

AS long as the armor is in one piece, it will be a bit strange with gauntlets or gloves, but lets hope that the armor in G3 (if it is coming) is multi-part.

oh yes Strangle a shadow beast its neck is thicker then ur body lol love to see that, *bear hugz throat* *DIE BEAST* it turns aroudn and scratches you off like a flea lol
but naw its too like Final fanastasy and Diablo with special gloves and gauntles dont try to turn a good game into another type
