To begin with, I have some extra fans in my tower. On one of my fans I can change the speed by turning on a switch. I did so and rearanged the position to get max effekt over my cpu and motherboard. ( IDE cables out off the way, so it did not block the airflow ) The result was that my temp. dropped about 10 degrees.

The fans (two fans) i rearanged was additional fan to CPU-fan and mother board-fan.
One fan blow "fresh air" in and one blow hot air out.

I need to clear this up now, it was not Gothic II's fault at all ...i tried alot of things and in the end i tried a program called Memtest and it appeared that a block of ram was broken, it kept showing errors and erros..so i returned it for a new block of ram and it's fine...i haven't encountered a SINGLE crash in gothic II since..awesome.
