G2 is not about levelling. imho you miss very much of the game if you dont run around the land and discover things and see what the developers built in. The world of G2 is the game. not the story. The story is just an average "nameless hero does quests and kills a lot of evil beings" story with some cool features (like xardas etc)...
... dont see it as levelling, see it as discovering.

but to your question: if you can do the dragons, you can go on. try some of the orcs, if you can take them out (some 3 at once), you should be able to complete the game ...

I entered the last battle at level 26 (killing him made me L 27) which I think is average, it is possible to reach about level 40 i think, if you do all quests and kill everything that moves. I'd recomend you level up some more, but like the previous person said, if you can get through the dragons and a few orcs you'll be fine. You do get attacked by alot of enemies at once in chapter 6, but if you take Cor Angar with you, he can assist you if you talk to him.

Character Levels

Ok just finished game with Merc at level 44 sailed through the last chapter as i was nigh on invincible. Attaining such a high level may put some off but the real fun is getting there. This was achieved by exploring every inch of the game and wallowing in its design and playability.

So all i am saying is take your time, this is not some shoddy game to rush through. Believe me you will be disappointed when its all over iwas. This is one of those games you wish could last forever.

According to the survey done in one of these forums the average level for completing the game was between 33 and 38, or something like that. It would be a pretty fun challenge to try and finish the game with as low a level as possible. In which case the last level becomes a real challenge and you need to start thinking tactically to take out all the enemies.
