In my notes it say "The guru felt a strange thing, and I will go on searching.

Same problem here. Found both parchment parts, the Baal translated it in the hall, and now we're stuck in a cave. Searched every room, but can't find any clues...

Anyone done this quest please help us!

Thanks!

There is a way to solve it...I did it this weekend. I kept restarting and chose to do things differently until I got it right.

Forget about talking to the Baal.

Just skip to walking in front of that rock door, then use the teleport spell.

Then see if the Baal will talk to you then.

I Just finished that part last night. The trick is you have to make sure the Baal is right behind you at a few key spots where dialogue will be triggered (at least that is the impression I got). Go to the room with the three passages, make sure the Baal is right there with you(he tends to wander off sometimes). Right at the entrance the the passage on the left (the one leading to the empty hall where he mentions a strange feeling the first time) he should stop you and say something. Then proceed forward into the room (again make sure he is right with you) stand in the middle of the room in between the four pillars, when the Baal approaches you he will say something. Then go and stand in front of the sealed door in the wall, he will give you instructions to use the scroll...

hope this helps..

The key to the Quest is to make sure that Baal “what’s his name” see the obelisk with the ancient runes on it. That will enable him the decipher the scroll.

I save before I start a Quest. That way if I screw up and go back and try again.
