Found out i need a carrot as part of the chickenman quest....trouble is i've ate them all.
Spent 4 hours looking on old corpses, chests etc and am still carrotless.Any suggestions??
As for comparing arx to ultima underworld....i found the puzzles in arx too weird, i like a good challenge, but found myself getting too frustrated because some of them were ridiculous....Ultima gets my vote!!
But i'm enjoying the game anyway.
Would've liked to be able to plot comments on map.
Mebbee Arx2 could have more logical puzzles because if i have to click on every item in my inv just incase a fresh fish might open a chest ( emerald for chest )...i wont be buying it:)

Did you try the Maria's shop in Arx city, the kitchen in Arx kingdom, and the farm at human Outpost? If this fails, I hope you left the carrot on the very 1st goblin you met?

Tried all that....i'm a damn fool for eating all the carrotts in the outpost garden, i thought they might grow back...even tried watering them lol.
I'm lev 8 and have killed the boss, but went back to my last save to do the side quests. |

Did you try goblins and trolls? they seem to have the carrot diet..

There might have been carrots in Felanors' labrotory...I ate alot of carrots too and just cannot remember for sure...

Try pickpocketing the guards, they each have a random item.

I tried left and right mouse plus double click and nothing happened. |

There were some on a ledge in the "Earth Goblin's" room. (Lvl 5, room 31). |

Finally found a carrot in the room opp the bank....used bless and finally picked this doorlock after 4 attempts.
Now if i can do the chicken quest and get lev9 i can get my pick lock ability up and do the bank quest, cos i can't open them doors yet.
