He'Li bribe
   

I did the obstacle course, got the Trang Arm then left to bribe heLi but she just says I heard you were working for the umpani Now, and then no bribe request. Am I supposed to say something back?wahd I Miss?

Did you speak to Z'Ant and at least accept his first quest (flag)? If not, then that would explain it since you wouldn't be working for the T'Rang yet.
