I guess people who use dial-up will pretty much appericiate a only words skin. Where there are no avatars. No Background. Just black and White. Maybe if you insist, you can put soem ads. But it will be faster for them anyway.
Btw: When i try to login from another PC. It takes a lot of time loading. do you know why???

I use dial-up and I don't complain. A page loads up in about 10 seconds and when it's full of post in 15.
About the "other computer problem" that happens to me too!

X! Read - "I-Do-NOT-Complain!!" Understood? And btw people who have dial-up had it from the start (NOONE would change his cable to dial-up, it's like changing your Ferrari with a Trabby) so I think they're pleased with what they have, or else they would put cable or other stuff that's more faster.
And I don't people would a plain text skin, it would look really, REALLY ugly.
You should ask people who actually want this to post here and if there are about, I don't know, 75 posts (?the guy who makes skins should be the one who decides the no.) THEN you should PM that guy.
Let's wait for an administrator to post here and decide.

On the other PC, the graphics and such are probably not cached like on your normal machine. Your normal machine would have a lot of the site's graphics cached on it, so it doesn't have to keep re-downloading them.
