| Help with quest at the docks. |

I agreed to help the guy with his oblivion spell but i don't know who i am supposed to use it on.
I attacked one NPC, ran a way from him and while he was walking back used the spell and made him forget. but the guy only wants to sell me more scrolls.
The journal says that someone would be the perfect target but doesn't say who...
can someone help? |

It was really funny when I did this quest, I started stealing Ignaz's things, he got angry, so i beat him up and looted him, then cast oblivion. Talk to him again, tell him you beat someone up and he asks if they remembered, no he idn't rmeember, ok free XP and some decent loot and a great laugh
