I've gotten to to the place when guard captain says tha Barenziah wants to see me, but when I go to her she says nothing.

No, no one helped me, but I got it myself after some time. You must find The Mazed Band to continue the main quest. Good luck! If you have any other problems with Tribunal, ask me!
