Hey there gatorsrule8,

About the sign, yes it's there, it means, if you can read this you've cheated!

I can not remember who teaches you to do it, but you can most definately take the fire lizard's tongue.

As for that sign, hidden areas with funny signs, pictures and credits are quite common in games. You migh even get surprised how common they are... The thing is, they are most of the time well-hidden.

Take cs for example (just one of many). If you engage free-look and wander around the map, you are bound to stumble upon a black square which is filled with all sorts of stuff on the inside. Quite an interesting phenomenon if you ask me...

You can get past the wall without cheating. If you climb the hills next to the trading place you can reach a place near the ocean where you can jump and not die. Follow the river back up and there you are behind the wall.

The guy who teaches fire lizard tongues is up by the old fortress. He's under an overhang. Same guy who can teach dragon scales and dragon blood for free in ch 4.

Yup. When you head up the hill toward the fortress, bear to your right, you should come across the overhang before you reach the trail going up to the fortress.

Pretty sure, they are still there. I know dragon hunters are still there, I assume from that the hunter near the fortress is still there.
