Dungeon Siege - LOA question

Hey guys, having a bit of difficulty here...

When I try to join a MP game, 80% of the time it counts down from 9 to 0 then says "No game found at that address" or something like that. I am using the Zonematch system that is built into the game, but I'm wondering why the connection fails so much! I just got the game a week or so ago (I know, I'm way behind here) but MP seems so much more fun than SP.

Am I missing a mod or something that everyone has? I have the latest official version of the game, but I am thinking maybe there's a mod that 90% of the players have....

Any ideas?
