I'm stuck on an imperial cult quest

Does anyone know where to find the Silver Staff of Shaming? The shrine sergeant said it is west or east of Mt. Kand. I've been all over the area and haven't found anything. Can someone please give me some more specific directions on where to find it?

I dont know it either, but you can use the editor to check where its placed.
I did this whenever my nerves were blank of unsuccessful searching areas.
( ok - its cheating - but this game should be fun

)

Hmmm....i did all the quests for imperial cult; i am not sure whereabouts the Silver Staff of Shaming; my memory is fuzzy,

maybe on a hills with the lying skeleton behind a big rocks?
maybe inside an ancestor tombs somewhere?
