This time it is sexual!
The robber on the road south before you come to Pelagrid, or whatever the name is, does have a bias towards the fair sex.
When my male character approached him he demanded 50gp. I refused and he attacked and killed me. The next time I went around him.
When my female character approached him he asked for a kiss. Even though I refused he allowed me to go on my way unharmed.
I have played a lot of RPGs and often I have tried running both female and male characters. The only time I really found a difference was in games like Ultima Online. There I found it much easier to advance as a woman, than a man. Not because of any slant in the game but because the other players were very helpful to my busty red headed avatar and supplied her with all kinds of good stuff.
My male characters on the other hand got ignored. I found the same thing in Everquest.
It seems that in Morrowind there are at least a few places where it may be advantageous to be female.

Walk up to him and kick him in the junk. See how well that goes over.
