First tax collector

I'm just wondering, you can kill the murderer of the tax collector in the first town. But what happens if you agree and take the ring?
Where is his wife anyway?

Anyone knows?

Since you ask, the tax collector's special friend lives in the lighthouse.

You can let the murderer go if you want, it's up to you. Try it!
