Anyone read the article? (http://www.mmorpgdot.com/index.php?hsaction=10053&ID=788)

Thought there's quite some interesting material in it for discussion, especially the part about the demi-pharaoh's. 2 out of 3 have left the game soon afterwards, and for many people running for the elections, it has been a hard time. Do virtual politics always become serious business then?

As someone who ran twice and made it to the final round once, I have to say "Yes". It's even worse when someone you trusted stabs you in the back in their attempt to win.

Yes, I imagine so. Heard the same things a couple of times, from several people. And still so many people who like to take part in the elections...

Actually, the reason why a lot of people "run" is not to win. They want to make sure that someone who shouldn't win doesn't make it past the first round. And if they did make it past that round, then their chances of passing the next round are even slimmer.

Damit. Now I feel bad I wasn't there for Amira...

Bleh, I hate ghosts of the past.
