I found the secret library in the monastery and found the book, but i don't know what to do next ? Where to go ? Go to the island ? how ?

What's your guild? If dragon hunter go to Bennett and work on getting new armor and sword, If paladin, make rune to get armor and reconsecrate sword with tears. If mage go see Ptrokar. When you are ready to think about leaving read the sea chart and start gathering your crew and captain.

As a paladin, go to the blacksmith in town and buy a rough ore blade and consecrate it the first time for 5000 gp and the second time with the Tears of Innos.
As a Dragon Hunter, you have to forge your own from the formula received from reading the almanac.
