He in the cave at eastern part of the swamp -- northwards from swamp house (I do not remember their names).

Do you explore whole swamp? It's in far south-eastern corner.

From bandit camp(down the stairs to left) follow the mountain wall and you'll get to a cave. there's juan and some other bandit.
