Does the expansion requires a beter PC????

my PC is pretty crappy amd 850mhz 383 mb ram radeon 9200

except for in the VOM when i can put more details and the resolution over at 1***x7** and get 50+ FPS
i have to run it at 800x600 low details and i get 7-15 FPS in town and 20+ outside

will the add on run even worst?
Ill have a new PC this summer but even tho the game doesnt look good at the setting i have to play at, i cant stop playing it im hooked

I'm pretty sure if you can run Gothic 2, then you can run the exapansion as well. I'm not completely sure, but that is how most other expansions work.

Dunmer King is right but I must warn you though, wacko3. I just got the German Gold Edition and could play G2 easily with the highest settings on 1280x1024 resolution. Now with the addon I still can do that, but my pc has got a lot more work to do. It's constantly writing back and forth, and sometimes I really need to turn up the volume because my harddisk is making such a noise.
The addon asks a lot more from you hardware.

Jarkhendar is just as beautiful and heavy for your machien as Khorinis so don't expect to have a framerate like in the VoM.
You'll be suprised when you play it on your new computer, so was I when I played it on 1280x1024 for the first time. Awesome!
