Yeah, I found the book. There are a few like that in Morrowind. There is another one by the last living blob of a dwarf. If you want some good items, including armor and a mace, start unlocking the locked chests and drawers in Divayth Fyr's tower. They are on the same level as he is.

Is that the tower with the corprusarium? You should also check all te other telvanni mage towers and the castle kind of strange building in that city in the north-west (what was its name again?) U'll find a lot of items there too. What i think is one of the best ways to steal a lot of valuable items in a quick time isthe vaults of vivec. In the vaults in the hlaalu, redoran and telvanni cantons u can find a lot of gold and very valable items!! Also the ghostgat is a good place if you need a full glass armor. You can buy from the guy or steal it from him(invisible potions advised)!
If you stole stuff from all these places you'd better get a nice house to put 'em! I have put my stuff in pelagiad, in the rented room. The bad things about it is that i eed 10 coins each time i want to go to my room  and she also i able o sell my stuff. If you put some stuff in a chest there she will be able tosell it to you so watch out you dont buy your own stuff!! The funny ting is that i jst collected all weapons and armor that where very valuable or daedric/ebony/glass and put them in my room. The result is that i now have my whole room full of extremely valuable armor and weapos  !
Also spared about 25 grand soul gems and a lot of valuable clothes and jewelrys to enchant!

how would they free the slaves? And if they do that they will be in real trouble with the dark-elves!

If you read the description of the Imperials it tells that using there superior skills they have already won the war of the races.

Thats not true.... They won the war on Morrowind, but im talking about whole Tamriel! So all the races would get involved.

I'm pretty sure it says they have conquerd most of tamriel, could be wrong though.

The only ones that would really had any chances of taking the world are nords,redguards and impirials.
redguards are very good in any armor and their skill with a wepon is so great they can out match anyone their speed is great and even greater with adrenalin rush so they can get to a wizard before they can even start casing and wack him(so bye bye bretons and high elves).
Then there are nords you barely harm them with electricety and warm them up with cold magic they are very strong and versatile in combat but they are a bit shbbier then redguards.
The impirials are warriors of discipline and persuasion so they would make their conquest easier considering that they have all ready taken the world once with deplomacy and discipline

You think a redguard would kill a mage faster then they can fight back? With magic you can make a spell which is some kind of radar, it's also a bonus for people born under the tower sign... With that they can see any1 coming and they can shield levitate summon and any other things they want before the redguard gets there....

It seems that a warrior would always lose to a mage, because of a mage's ability to levitate or invisible, or even paralyze( if you wanna play dirty)
