after the eye is fixed, talk to pyrokar he'll teach you how to recharge the eye for free.

No, learning alchemy is permenent.
behind Matteo building theres a blacksmith, next to it you'll find
the house of a guy that'll teach you the basics, after that constentino(?) will teach you the rest..

No you do not need to know alchemy to recharge the eye of innos. As mentioned previously, Pyrokar teaches you how to do it and it does not cost you any learning points.

Alchemy isn't necessary but very useful. I made 220 strenght in chapter 6 and I was able to kill Elite Orcs with one or two hit. (Wrath of Innos 80 Damage 1h)

You won't need to learn alchemy to finish the game. Learning alchemy costs learning points but it pays off when you are able to learn permament potions.

In alchemy, every potion you learn how to do will cost you 5 LP's but you will be able to create that potion alweys (as long as you have the ingridiens).
