I did all the quests for all 3 camps. The only thing I can't get done is the Nek think.
I talked to Snaf.
I found Nek
I returned the amulet to Sly.
I talked to Fletcher.
I talked to Diego. Diego says that Sly likes me.
I talked to diggers in Arena are.
But, it still has the vanished guard quest listed.
The last entry said to ask the diggers in the arena for help. What help? I did the job already.
If you know who I should talk to to get rid of it I will appreciate it. |

There are two guards with specific name that are walking in outer OC ring and you must speak about Nek with both of them.
One of is ussually standing on the right side (when you walk throught main entrance) near this main entrance.
One is near (above) arena, ussually standing before his Hut.

One of them is Fletcher but I do not remember second name.

Ididn't find any direct evidence for finding Nek. But this "troglodyte" is located outside, but near to, the Old Camp. Hope this helps. |

It's really simple. Find the man, get the necklace, give the necklace to Sly. End of story.

I am almost finished with the game. I am in the sleeper temple for the second time. I killed everyone who can be killed in the old camp. The only unfinished mission is the Vanished guard mission |

Yes, I forgot to put my name in. That damm mission bugged the hell out of me. I know how to play the game and finished it a dozen tinmes. But for some reason this time I couldn't get rid of that mission.
I finished that game finally but the thought of leaving a stone unturned got to me.
I wanted to do everything right.
