It seems there are alot of irritating bugs in Arx so my question is despite these problems do you think it is worth the purchase?

Like most PC games, the bugs are sometimes dependant on your PC configuration. I haven't run into any bugs in this game, so you may luck out too.

To answer your question, I haven't stopped playing this game since I got it. That is rare for me, I like to jump from game to game. Best RPG this year..... (Till Gothic2...... maybe.....)
