does anybody know where/how to get the key to the PortLast mines?? Is worth going down there?

You get the key from Kendrack when you turn in the 4th ear on the Bounty Hunt Quest.
Your rewards will include experience (from the many battles) and the all important boss chest. Oh, and definitely kill Yesgar...he's utter slime. ;-p

Ok. I have one ear..... But where can I find Delilah and Stirge? I guess I still have to come across Zor [0n the way to Luskan] and as far as I know lesgar has no known whereabouts. Any clues anyone?

Work on the quests you've got- they will take you to different areas that might make good hideouts for escaped criminals. Ask around, because people will give you hints.
