Morrowind GotY Edition (Xbox): Review @ 1Up

1Up has posted a review of the Game of the Year Edition of Morrowind for the Xbox. The score is 8/10 which translates to "Dynamite":
So why is Morrowind still worth playing? Because despite all the problems (and despite all the cursing you'll layer upon the game), Morrowind is still the most ambitious single-player RPG ever created. You will get lost in this game if you let its spell take effect over you, and no matter how many times you say "Aaagghh, why did the game do that to me?!!", you'll end up coming back again after you've chilled out a bit. The two add-on packs have expanded on this addictive theme to unimaginable levels, too, so if you get hooked, you'll end up losing even more time to this infernal, diabolical, encompassing game. It's almost scary.

Wow, it's nice how 1Up completely exonerates Bethesda from any fault for not adequately beta-testing their product on old XBoxen. Let's hear it for sucking that old corporate teat!
