Much as I would like it to be Deus Ex, as a wholly-owned Take 2 studio, I can't see it being anything other than a Take 2 property (Deus Ex is Eidos).

Ah, thanks for the link regarding the Tribes stuff. That can't be it indeed .

What's funny is that Take2/2KGames apparently owns the publishing rights for Duke Nukem Forever. Has 3D Realms finally thrown in the towel and realized that they just can't hack it?
