could some one tell me how long they usually take to release a game once everything has been signed and completed...??
seems like them cunts at infrogrames are f*cking around with the game or something?? help

Please mind your language. I already deleted one 'borderline language' post of yours because it was spam, but this time you crossed the line and thus managed to get a warning.
To answer your question: Usually it's two weeks after the gold master is done, but in this case it doesn't apply - Infogrames will need to start a marketing campaign (which would have started before the gold master was done if everything had gone as it should), do the advertising, boxing and shipping. Hard to tell.

It depends after the game is done, how long it will be to come out. Gothic 2 has been done for awhile now I think, but right now the release date is either May or June. Don't get your hopes up though  |

June 13 sounds plausible. This means that the game will go Gold in late May / early June. It also means that maybe an *official* English demo will be released sometime soon (possibly in the next few weeks)
Even for those of us that have played the demo to death will at least be able to listen to the dialogues. That's something new, right?

i'd laugh if that lady ment the demos release date, lol, and best buy never had gothic 1 and so far wont have gothic 2, i'd say buy amazon or eagames might still have it, i know there's an english copy in the store here in town for ebgames

I have already mailed them, they didn't know when the game would be released. I mean, couldn't they say like "about x weeks/months" or something, at least a hint...? |

Uh..... I think you should check your facts on that Dbesing.
I am right now looking at my Gothic 1 box.... and yeah.... wait.... Theres a best buy sticker on it  . And as far as it goes for Gothic 2, My brother, who works for Best Buy (and works with the "Regional" Music Media department manager in my area ). told me as far as he has been able to find out for me they will be getting Gothic 2. They do not have it listed on there website, and will not list it there, until there is a definate release date  .
don't want you to take that as an attack on you I just thought we should be clear on this issue. Doesn't man anything to me really because I already preordered it from game stop. I just had to call him and find out if the last part of your statement was true. So I hope you don't get mad for this post. Oh and just in case you want to check the facts about Gothic 1 being sold at Best Buy here is the SKU # of the sticker, and they should be able to look it up still at your local Best Buy ( 4463468).
Man I can't wait for this game to come out..... |
