I asked questions on the Uk atari forum, they know nothing, there not even members of the atari staff, there just kids keeping peace on the forum .
So i cant get information from there, im back at the Us forum, few people are posting on my thread.
Someone said that Gothic 2 sold good enough,and that the addon will make it,but there busy with getting errors and other bad stuff out of the game.
Someone else said that the addon will be released within 3 mounths. |

We haven't announced anything regarding an add-on being published here in the states...
But, did you see PC Gamer (US) awarded Gothic II "RPG of the Year"

That thread over there is of course also full of rumors and misinformation through forum members, like all other threads on this topic. I´m quite surprised how helpful all the Atari guys are, though. 
If one of you has an account all you have to do is get them to admit _that_ they will publish it.

Ask away! As far as I can gleen, the lower echelon of Atari is oblivious to the existence of the add-on.
In other words, there is no knowledge of an English add-on version having been made. Of course, that is in contrast with PB saying that the English voice recording were done; as if the English add-on is finished, and waiting on Atari to publish?
I do know that another game Falcon 4.0 Gold: OIR was taken up into the abyss by Atari just like the add-on...no word....gone...
Atari did state they will not publish any third party deals for now. It maybe next year before and if we ever see it. Can anyone find out from the devs from PB what is the situation?
Did PB really even make an English version of the add-on?

I have been to the monastery again (Gothic) and there's no similar symbol to
be found, however i did go to the castle where above the main archway there
is a slipping keystone with a bog standard gothic engraving, but is is NOT
"Elkstons symbol" moderune.06 - - does any body know of a further location
as this would be a big help.

I think PB isn't done with the addon, i think someone has given some bad information or something. |

Well, anyone want to donate a German copy for translating the full game Raven + G2 into English subtitles?
I really do not think we will see an English add-on; ever. At least not in my life time.
We can not even confirm an English add-on ever was made by PB. What does that tell you? Why waste anymore time waiting for something no ones even knows about or even the developer PB will simply answer YES or NO?
If an English Raven Text Mod is made for the German version; it will somewhat hurt any future sales in the English speaking world. Easier to buy a used German copy of the game and add-on; then add English patch to play.
By next year, the game will be out dated. We must hear something positive now, or start the laborious process of translating the game into English.
April has to be my last stance; after that, I will pay the 60 EUR and translate the game (with others help) and spread it across the gaming community; denying Atari or whoever is handling the English sales thier full tribute in retribution for leaving us loyal fans in the dark.
I do not wish to be bitter or dramatic, but what else are we to do? I am not young and do not have life immortal to wait. It would be a satisfying epitaph to live on, long after I am gone, in the words of Gothic.

Hmm im never going to buy the German version even if the english version isn't going to be released.
Im not going to play a game in German even if there's an english patch.
I know the addon will be released, iv got 7 mounths to wait so iv got all the time in the world.
Just have a little faith and patience.
