How can I transfer my party to another machine? I'd like to play on my friend's box, but I notice no 'Saves' folder, etc in the DS directory.

There is save files folder in documents folder.
In my Xp:
Documents and Settings/Hmm/Documents/Dungeon Siege

It should be in your "My Documents" folder, as Danicek said. Your location may differ from his if you are using Windows 98, or have a different username.
