How do you know what the time is?

There must be a way to tell wht time it is in Morrowind but I cannot find it-anyone know how?

I hit the "Rest" key, it tells you the current time in the window that pops up. There's probably a better way too.

The sun works fine unless it's raining, ash-storming, foggy, or you are ndoors/underground. In otherwords, most of the time.
