Today I ran at the Belgian championships. The 'short cross' consists of 4km. To give you an idea of how bad or good I was nr233 of 304 arrivals. _________________ Moderator and Council Magician of the RPGDot Shadows

Good for you Bartman. At least you are out there trying, and that is always a good thing to do. Are you on a specific team still, or are some of these races just something you signed up for? _________________ =Member of the Nonflamers Guild=

Last year i ran on 1 km.
I am satisfied with my result as im satisfied that i have to go too school everyday. (BTW : I hate school (sometimes).)
I think there was 67 of us ... i was ... 67th
Then i decided i will never ran on longer distances then 100m again .
Congratz Bart. That's a great result in my opinion. _________________

I'm at an athletics club cmckj50. The Belgian Championship is for me the most important race I can sign up for. You've got to qualify for the World and European Championships. Actually the first 6 of every race qualify for the WC at 21/03 in Brussels -> Yes in my little country.
To give you an idea of the people I train with: 2nd(Wim Borms), 4th(Stin Vandevelde), 20th, 21st, 54th, 98th, 114th, 165th, 233th(ME), 288th. I mostly train with 54th, 98th and 114th.
At the long distance we have one at the 4th place: Hans Janssens
At the juniores we have a Belgian Champion: Mario Van Wayenberge (Also a guy I train with or should I say, I always see his back )
Women: short distance -> Belgian Champion: Mieke Geens
Women: long distance -> Second Place: Kim Offergeld (female specimen I train with too and can't follow neither.)
So to conclude: Duffel has six + 1 athletes participating at the upcomming WC. Names: Hans Jansens, Wim Borms, Stijn Vandevelde, Mario Van Wayenberge, Mieke Geens, Kim Offergeld
+1: TONTCHINSKI VLADIMIR (But as you can see he is not running for Belgium on the WC) _________________ Moderator and Council Magician of the RPGDot Shadows
