NWN 2: Interview with Ferret Baudoin Pt. 2 @ RPG Vault

Part Two of the interview with Neverwinter Night 2's lead developer, Ferret Baudoin, has posted at RPG Vault. This one focuses a great deal of attention on character development, companions and party mechanics within the single player adventure.
Jonric: Will it be possible to have a party of more than two this time? Won't players tend to stick with the first ones they meet? And how much interaction can we expect with and among the companions?

Ferret Baudoin: There will be plenty more companions than you can bring with you. That gives you the opportunity to bring along the people you like. And ditch those loser do-gooders by the side of the road, if you like. You can bring up to three companions with you on your journeys - so welcome to a four-person party with all the main roles in a traditional party being represented - Fighter, Wizard, Cleric and Rogue.
You can read the rest at RPG Vault.

Lame Lame Lame Interview

This interview drove me crazy. So condescending. Could everyone in the world stop using inane language like "gaming goodness"? So very lame.

I noticed no condescension, but I see Bioware's PR strategy of "tHe WhAckieR the ReSponse tHe BeTTer!!@#@1oneone!" is still in full effect.

Stop it. It's not funny.

That is to say, Obsidian (made up of some Biowarers anyway) has adopted Bioware's PR policy.
