| A question about stone-tablets in the add-on.. |

When, exactly, does Vatras stop to take old stone tablets and give mana for it? I saved up 19 out of 22 old stone tablets, killed Raven, got back, and he wouldn't take them. I lost over 20 mana because of that(he gives a VERY good mana bonus(28 I think) if you give him all stone tablets). I'm thinking of loading to get the bonus, but I don't know how far back.. ? I assume it's killing Raven, but Saturas said something about "these stone tablets are no good to us, the must be a more special kind", so that might be the point where Vatras stops taking the tablets as well... ? |

Through a series of load/running to vatras at different points in the game, I finally figured out that he stops taking stone tablets the moment you give Saturas the last of the 5 coloured stone tablets taken from the 5 houses. In other words - do NOT give Saturas that 5th stone untill you have given Vatras all the "old stone tablets" in exchange for mana and experience. |

Well, actually, now I'm confused, hehe. I tried it once again, and this time it didn't work. I think it's either picking up the final of the 5 stones, OR talking to Myxir about having talked to a ghost. Hmm.. |

It worked for me at any point in the game, even chapter 5 and that afters giving all 5 coloured tablets to saturas. I think you said in your other post that if you don't initiiate the tablet quest with vatras then it will be bugged after a certain point, i believe that is correct, as i found that happens in quite a few places in NOTR with several of the trainers, both in the old/new world and the NOTR land. |

Yupp, that's what I've come to realize. You need to "activate" him by talking to him about the stone tablets early on. As you say, this goes for a lot of trainers etc.. |
