Level up tips!

Leveling up through training tips.

1. Leveling up slowly, one level at a time. Reason: multiplier bonuses exist only in the first up level.

2. Maximize the ratio (multiplier bonuses)/(skill points). Ex:

mysticism +10 pts -> willpower 5x
illusion +1 pts -> personality 2x
enchant + 1 pts -> intelligence 2x

Which results in a bonus of 9x for 12 points spent or 75%.
Remember:
When you raise a skill 1-4 points, the bonus will be 2x, 5-7 points -> 3x, 8-9 points -> 4x and when the raise is 10/over the bonus is 5x .

3. Every time you level up, your Health capacity increase. The higher the endurance is, the larger the increase. You can help that by doing 2 things:

a) Select endurance as one of your favourites.

b) arrange to get bonus on endurance each time you level up.

4. Come back to the example in (2.), we can also select the last two skills from the misc bracket, supposedly they are alchemy and axe:

mysticism 10 pts -> willpower 5x
alchemy 10 pts -> intelligence 5x
axe 10 pts -> strength 5x

Since alchemy and axe are from the misc bracket, we actually have wasted only 10 points; And the ratio bonuses/skill points now becomes 15/10 or 150%. This is the highest ratio you can get.

5. Bridging:

We can use one of the two ways to get 5x:

a) mysticism 10 points -> willpower 5x

b) mysticism 9 points + destruction 1 point -> willpower 5x .

Since mysticism and destruction both have willpower as governing attribute so the they add up and equivalent to 10 points. I call it "bridging", but you can call it any way you like.

6. The hundredth point of an attribute is kind of special behaviour. But I'll leave it to you to figure out.
