I have one of those 'thumb' trackballs instead of a mouse... and was wondering if gesturing the runes will be workable with this setup? Does anyone else use a trackball successfully?
I may have to hook up my mouse, but I'm using it from an easy chair recliner with the trackball on the arm  and there's not a good surface for a mouse. |

If you're not accurate enough to draw the runes with a trackball, then you shouldn't be using it 
I use a mouse, and can't get used to trackballs... |

I just got the game today and only just started, but I had no trouble casting the ignite spell with a track ball. |

I''ve got one and have a helluva time making the more complicated runes with it. But I also have an optical mouse on the other side of the keyboard & have a helluva time making them with that also.   |

I wonder if it ever gets easier when the characters spellcasting stats are better?
