Damn, that stuff looks cool! What are the stats on it?

In the tower of dusk bottom floor - on your right when you get to the bottom of the steps are two doors. Go into the one closest to the stair. There is a smith in there.

Glass Armor

The stats depend on your skill level. I have 50 or 60 in light armor skill and that gives me a AC of 86 or so. That is with a glass tower shield not the smaller circle shield.

Glass is notably better than Dwemmer Bonemold Dreugh but not Ebony and not Daedric

The Prophecies Guide shows all glass armor to have a base rating of 50 which is damn good for light armor considering that Heavy Daedric armor has a base of 80. The extra speed with glass armor should balance your light armor character out.
