Loved Planescape: Torment. My avatar is a character from the game. Unique setting, unique story, great dialog.

You know, if i were you i would buy Morrowind, because it meets all of your requirements. The world is so huge that it could take you 6 months in realtime to explore all of its possibilities.

PS:Torment is brilliant with a hugely varied (and weird) gameworld. Torment's graphics are probably better than Fallout, which you might appreciate.

Well I was going to buy Planescape Torment today but I couldn't get it anywhere, I couldn't even get it ordered Everywhere told me they no longer have it on their stock lists.

I tried Fallout 2 with the same result, which is really weird because they stock MUCH older games than those two, but they wouldn't even order me a copy. I tried everywhere

So I am doing a bad thing and d/l a copy of Planescape Torment, yeah I know bad, and not what I wanted because I want all the manuals and guides that would come with it because its probably complex and has lots of paperwork.

But until I can actually find a copy to buy, this will have to do.

I don't understand why they are not stocking this game? Its only a 99 game , they still have stuff like Unreal 1, Carmageddon in store but not this?

Well hopefully I will find a copy. My bro is in london so maybe he can find me a copy down there

Anyways thanks for all the suggestions. Its really weird, 6 months agoi I though RPG games were for bored nerd like people, but now I cant get enough of them.

All my FPS games seem very shallow and unimaginative by comparison and in gameplay time POOR value for money.

Hmhmhmh except Deus Ex That rocks

Thanks again.

If anyone is UK and knows a line of stores that still sell thsi PST game please tell. Even virgin stores didn't have it and its a Virgin title LOL

When in doubt, go to the publisher's website!

Fallout 1 and 2 for $9.99

Since, you are in the UK, you can go to Amazon.uk to get Planscape: Torment

But wait! It gets better! Interplay Triple Pack - Planscape, Baldur's Gate, and Fallout 2 CD for $38.95!
Can you ask for better deal?

So buy the games and support the developers!

Gothic is your best bet.

Thanks for trying, but thats the same problem I have been having:)

Interplay.com is USA, so is Chip N Bits and they both charge high delivery to the UK ($30+)

Amazon.co.uk has none in stock and only a button which offres you to 'order' a second hand copy if one of their buyers chooses to sell one on the site

It seems amazing hard to get these games for some weird reason. I mean they are both 1999 games right, thats only 3 years old and they are GOTYs so why the hell are people not stocking even a budget edition. Maybe it costs too much for all the packaging and CDS or sth for budget versions to be worth selling?

Well I will keep looking

Thanks
