Is there any way to get in the Megahurtz computing building? Same goes for the Foxy Boxes place, or are they just gags?

Certain areas are only accessable after you get the key card to enter. This is to keep you out of quest-related areas before you get the quest. Once you trigger the quest, then you'll get a key card for that area.

Well, to get into Foxy Boxes, you need to talk to Knox and agree to look into the problem he's having with some guy that's been following him.
For Megahurtz Computing, you need to talk to a Nosferatu hacker named Mitnick. You find him in the Hollywood sewers.
