I have found all the henchmen except Tony Undergallows. Where is he hidding? The place isn't that big and I have talked (or tried to talk) to all the "mercaneries" there. I can't seem to locate him.

Tomi is hanging around in the temple, right by the main door... straight down from the point where you reappear if you die. Appropriate, since he spends so much time at that point.

Cmon! Nobody seems to like the little guy. I kept him around from start to finish and only had him die a few times, usually due to poor planning on my part.

Hey guys! He's there for a reason. That's because he is the recommended starting henchman, and game makes a damn good recommendation. I played with him all the way through Chapter 1 (though I could have done well to dump him off before Helm's Hold). I also played the first dungeon of Chapter 2 with him. dteowner, while I salute you for sticking with the little guy all the way through the game, I have not done so. I picked up Linu the Elven Cleric for the Tomb of the Arcane Brotherhood (lots of undead ), and then Daelan for the Troll and Creator dugeons (lots of brute force needed). My advice: stick with Tomi through all four of the districts, but change to someone more powerful (Sharwyn, Daelan) you go to make the cure for the Wailing Death.

I played a cleric, and I'm too much of a packrat and explorer not to have rogue skills available. The little guy was perfect for me. For extra muscle, I had a summoned critter much of the time.

I played a wizard and my version of pick lock and disarm trap was Fireball. Which wasn't needed, as the Pixie familiar is better at picking locks and disarming traps than Tomi.

Tomi is a bit funny though..his very drastic storyes
But I like Linu most..she's cute...always have to do something clumsy, I felt good when I helped her finding the chalise she had lost..

Yeah, Linu is sooo cute!

But Daelan is more useful.

I find the casting NPCs will cast spells when threatened and evaporate under a hail of attacks of opportunity. I just couldn't keep Linu alive with my Paladin... she was one suicidal little elf...

@Lucifer666-
Spoiler:
It's on the Bloodsailor ship in the Docks Quarter

There are 6 henchies available, all but Tomi in the Trade of Blades:
Tomi (rogue)
Daelan (tank-and-a-half)
Sharwyn (bard)
Grimgnaw (monk)
Boddyknock (wizzy)
Linu (cleric)

Tomi is the perfect counterpart to Slaine the Barbarian.
