| A-List of problems... with NOTR installed |

For starters I had nothing but "access error" until I increase the swap file size and turn off spyware, that one is solved. I'll list the others of which all are in game play. This is the Gold edition...
1)Diego's sachtel - I pick it up but is not in my inventory???? Item turns into a "leather bag"
2)No "Head Snapper" for the Snapper claws quest, it is not by the tower!!
3)Saturas Letter from Vaturas, I go to the tunnels and have no choice to give him the letter from vaturas so I cant continue the Water Mage quest.
4) I dont know if this is per say a bad glitch but, I learned "Ruby blade" forging and I made to blade, equipt one and sell the other to Harad, I still have 2 blade's (weird)but I made alot of cash,haha... but it does bug me cause I like a cleanout inventory!
After not being able to continue the water mage quest I have just quit playing this buggy error filled "Golden" (ya right) edition, too bad cause Gothic 2 is a great great game....
Any help would be great..
Also I have uninstalled this game twice and the missing items in the second chapter "Valley of the Mines" are still missing

1) Are you sure it's just a leather bag. It's not near the other leather bags in your inventory so might me overlook it. It's usually between the keys and other rubbish (don't ask me why.)
2) You need to talk to the militia in the camp, his name is Bilgot. After that the snapper is near the old outpost.
3) Do you already have all the pieces of the ornament. After the mages have put the ornament back together you will have a dialog option to give him the letter when you ask for the ornament.
4) Don't know. I know that you used to sell even your equiped weapon to Harad when it was a sell-made one and that they fix that in NotR, but don't know about the bug you mention. It never happened to me in any case.

I dont know if I mentioned before, but I have played this game before (3 times). with each of the 3 guilds, so I am aware of were the items are supposed to be. "Diego's Sacthcel" item, states it is in fact a sacthel, but after I pick the item up it end's up being a "leather bag", the Leader of the Snappers" is just not there, I have talked to all in the mining camp
