Plug-ins and Morrowind File version.

I just reinstalled Morrowind recently after buying Tribunal and Bloodmoon and I notice most plugins give you that Diff version error when you run Morrowind..does this mean they will not work? I notice it does it on Real Signposts..but the plugin still seems to work..so I assume most all plugins "should" work..and it just gives the msg since they were made when a diff version was out..

In general, the plugins should work fine.

At startup, the date of each plugin is compared to the date of the MW file. The plugin date should be later. If it isn't, you get the error message. Since both Tribunal and Bloodmoon update the MW files, its date will be newer than the plugins' dates.

If the error troubles you too much, you can open each plugin with the construction set and simply resave it. That changes the date of the plugin and you're good to go.
